The Main Building, located at the heart of our resort in Dooars at Siddharaj Resort, is just right for you if you prefer staying in places that feel connected and comfortable from the moment you arrive. The biggest advantages of staying in the Main Building is that you are close to the key areas, it’s mainly suitable for those guests who prefer a more connected stay rather than being tucked away. Room Booking Policy

1.Guests are requested to carry valid Govt. ID proof during check-ins for a clear process.
2.Maintain a peaceful environment to ensure that other guests are comfortable as well.
3.Outside food and loud music are not allowed inside the villa premises.
4.Check-in and check-out timings should be followed as per resort policy (24-hour basis).
5.All room bookings are subject to availability. Online payment does not guarantee 100% confirmation of a specific room or category.
6.Guests are strongly advised to contact reception before making any payment to confirm room availability.
7.After payment, please share your receipt immediately with reception at +91 9147368813 / +91 9062558303 for booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

1.Cancellation made 48 hours prior to check-in is eligible for partial refund.
2.Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
3.Advance booking amount is non-refundable during peak seasons.
4.Date changes are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
5.Please contact reception before booking to check room availability.
6.Hotel is not responsible for any online UPI/Razorpay payment failure issues.
7.Siddharaj reserves the right to cancel your stay before check-in as per policy.
